Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar is the main administrative engine of the College. In diverse ways, the Office serves the needs of students, faculty, administrative personnel, alumni and the general public. It serves the students before, during and after their stay at the College from recruitment and admission, to every registration, and through graduation or withdrawal from the College. The Office continues to serve graduates after they leave the College to pursue careers abroad or in our country, or to further their education. We are committed to assisting all students to reach beyond quality and excellence.
The Office of the Registrar also keeps, maintains and ensures the safety of students’ records and is responsible for issuing official transcript of records, diplomas, certificates of graduation among other documents.The Office of the Registrar also maintains the electronic Students' Records Management system, Orbund, which is used for class scheduling, registration, grades, lecturer notes and assignments, and many other services.
The Office of the Registrar is located in Administration Block 2 at the Stock Farm Campus, Stock Farm of the Dominica State College. The staff of the Office of the Registrar is committed to assisting all students attending the Dominica State College as well as prospective students who are desirous of attending the DSC.
During the regular semester, the Office is opened Monday to Friday continuously from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Students and other clients may visit the office to speak with the office staff either by walk-in or appointment.
